I wanted everyone to have a nice, warm cup of tea for the mucilage benefits while taking the cleanse. I felt as though it offered substantial assistance in the “loosening” of mucus. My Ease~Siac™ is an amazing blend of herbs, inspired by the world~famous tea created by nurse Rene Caisse, long ago. The history of Essiac®, Caisse spelled backwards, is fascinating, and I recommend people become familiar and read about it. She was sought out by those far and wide to have a sip of her magical blend. Some say its effectiveness was due to the sheep sorrel being of full-spectrum and containing the roots. Therefore, I wild craft sheep sorrel to incorporate the roots in my own blend!

It actually contains many wild crafted herbs that also include the roots. This tea contains four of the eight core herbs of the original, classic, recipe, alongside my own wild crafted twist! Stevia is used as a natural sweetener, all the while offering its own beneficial compounds. The adaptogens are added to offer a synergy like no other, as they pull the other compounds in and serve them on a silver platter to where they are needed the most!

The special herbs wild crafted for this mix are: Red clover, Japanese knotweed, Burdock, Prunella vulgaris, Aged Slippery elm, Sheep sorrel, Mullein, Milk thistle, Queen Anne’s lace, and Forsythia!

Tea Brewing Directions; For mucilage benefits: DO NOT BOIL. This tea is made of many delicate parts of the plant. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Allow it to sit for 2 minutes. Pour the boiling water over the teabag and allow it to steep for 10 minutes. Once it is done, remove the bag and squeeze it slightly, saving some compounds for the next cup. You can steep each bag 2-3 times. You may keep teabags in the fridge for up to 5 days in a small cup with a tiny bit of water in the bottom, to keep it moist. Get to know herbs!
